where we ship

we currently ship within australia only. we're working on shipping further afield down the line.

 

shipping rates

- standard shipping — $16 aud flat rate
- free shipping — automatically applied at checkout on orders over $150 aud

 

how preorders work

amen adelaide runs on a preorder model. we produce each piece once it's ordered, rather than holding stock. it takes a little longer, but it means more care goes into what reaches you.

- production: typically 2–3 weeks
- shipping: typically 2–3 weeks
- total estimate: 4–6 weeks from order to delivery

this is an estimate, based on our manufacturing and postal partners. it isn't guaranteed. delays can happen for reasons outside our control, like customs, postal hold-ups, or busy periods. if your order is going to take longer than usual, we'll email you.

 

tracking your order

once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking details.

 

your responsibility for order details

double check your shipping address and contact details before placing your order, what you enter at checkout is exactly what we receive. we can't make changes once an order is placed. if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may apply.
