Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only, and we're working on expanding amen adelaide further afield down the line.

Shipping Rates

We may offer the following shipping options, depending on your order:

Standard shipping — $16 AUD flat rate
Free shipping — automatically applied at checkout on all orders over $150 AUD

How Preorders Work

amen adelaide runs on a preorder model. Rather than holding mass inventory, we produce each piece once it's ordered. This takes a little longer, but it means more care goes into what actually reaches you.

Production: Typically 2–3 weeks
Shipping: Typically 2–3 weeks
Total estimated timeframe: 4–6 weeks from order to delivery

This is an estimate only, based on timeframes from our manufacturing and postal partners, and is not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur for reasons outside our control, such as customs processing, postal network hold-ups, or busy periods. If something is going to push your order out further than usual, we will email you to let you know.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow it home.

Your Responsibility for Order Details

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order, as what you enter at checkout is exactly what we receive. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to make changes to it, so it's worth double-checking beforehand. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may apply.
